sir i have affected by lipoma over the back there are 3 to 4 nos. of lipoma on the back there are 3 nos. near by to each other sometime i feel pain is this is tumor of cancer or not please advise

Sir,
I am having more than 50 lipoma on my body(Arms,Leg,stomach,Back)
